📦 Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be issued via your original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.

🚚 Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Item

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
